Privacy disclosure preparation
The platform processes account information, client records, service locations, job evidence and payment transaction references. Role-based controls restrict access to workspace records. Payment card details are handled by external payment providers and are not stored by this application.
Optional AI Easy Fill drafting uses an external service only after a workspace owner opts in and a server-side provider is configured. It accepts manual non-sensitive job briefs, not client-directory data. The operator must document cross-border processing, the provider's handling terms, staff training and appropriate contractual safeguards.
Consent and disclosure notices should be reviewed for the Privacy Act / PIPEDA and any applicable provincial and international requirements, including job-site location evidence and employee data. Confirm operational data retention, international processing and contact details before launch.
