RESOURCE METHODOLOGY

How ZelvotriX builds public tools and field-service guidance.

Our public resources are designed to show their assumptions, stay separate from private workspace data and connect back to an actual operational task.

01

Calculations expose the inputs.

We prefer editable assumptions over unexplained benchmark claims. Where a calculator estimates price, capacity, profit or tax, the user supplies the relevant figures and the result is described as an estimate rather than a guaranteed outcome.

02

Public-tool data stays separate.

The Job Pricing Workbook, document generators and checklist builder operate in the browser. They do not automatically write the information into a private ZelvotriX workspace.

03

Templates are starting points, not legal forms.

CSV templates provide a consistent structure for ordinary service-business records. Businesses remain responsible for required terms, disclosures, regulated forms and local obligations.

04

Product claims must match the current platform.

Resource pages may link to ZelvotriX features when the workflow is relevant. A guide should not turn a proposed or external capability into a statement that it is already built into the product.

05

Editorial value matters more than publishing volume.

New guides should answer a distinct operational question, add a concrete method, example, checklist or decision framework, and receive human review before publication.
